Recipe for: Sweet Potatoes and Pears
Serves: 4

Preheat oven: 350
Cook Time: 20-30 minutes
Ingredients
4 cans (15oz each) cut sweet potatoes, drained
3 pears, peeled, quartered, and cored
1/3 cup brown sugar, packed
1/3 cup chopped pecans
3 tablespoons flour
3 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350. In an 8 inch square baking dish, combine sweet potatoes and pears. In a small bowl, combine pecans, brown sugar, flour and butter to make a paste. Crumble mixture over potatoes and pears. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes.
