Dill Carrot (pickled carrots)

DILL CARROT RECIPE

Put in 1 pint jar :

2 slices onion
1 clove garlic (whole)
Fill with carrot slices


Bring to a Boil:

½ cup vinegar
½ cup water
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dill seed
½ tsp sugar
¼ tsp cayenne pepper

Pour over carrots,

Let cool a little before putting in refrigerator.
