Pear Delight

Pear Delight

Serves: 6

1 Baked Pie Shell

Filling:
1 8oz pkg of cream cheese
1 egg
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla

Blend until smooth and pour into a baked pie shell


Topping:
1 can (29oz) Bartlet Pears
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp cinnamon

1. Drain and cut pears into wedges
2. Arrange in a circle on top of filling
3. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon
