Beer Braised Chicken (crockpot)

Beer Braised Chicken

Serves: 4

4 boneless chicken breast halves
1 can (12 ounce size) beer
1 cup chili sauce
4 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
2 ribs celery, sliced
1 cup baby carrots
8 mushrooms, sliced
1 medium onion, sliced
Fresh or dried chopped parsley


Place all ingredients in crockpot. Cook on LOW for 5 to 7 hours, until chicken is cooked through but still moist.
